Step away from your current typical day and immerse yourself in a lifestyle built around SUP and paddle surfing, athletic performance, and wellness — simple, intentional, and minimal living.

 

This personal experience is about living, training, and moving with intention — on the water, in the gym, and in daily life.

 

For one week, you’ll live the rhythm of an athlete alongside me: intentional training on the water, focused strength work, nourishing food, purposeful rest and recovery, simple and minimalistic. 

This is a private, hands-on immersion designed for paddlers (and paddle athletes) who want to deepen their skills, elevate performance, and experience what it’s like to truly live the (SUP/paddle surf) athlete lifestyle.

This is not a retreat.

This is not a beginner program.

This is an invitation to step into my life as a SUP athlete, paddle surfer, and performance coach — and train alongside me for a week.

For one week, you’ll accompany me through my daily rhythm of training, paddling, eating, recovery, and living simply. You won’t just learn — you’ll experience what it’s like to live and train as an athlete.

 

Experience days built around:

SUP ocean and technical sessions

Paddle surfing at sunrise

Strength training in the gym

Walks, hikes, and movement around town

Fresh, local, whole foods

Cooking, shopping, and eating the way I actually do

Minimal structure, intentional effort, and pura vida vibes

I often receive comments, questions and curiosity around how I train, eat, SUP, paddle surf… it’s no wonder! Between being a competitive SUP racer and paddle surfer who’s progressed rather quickly in a short period of time, my pure passion for the sport of SUP, paddle surfing, and an active healthy lifestyle, and my over 20+ years of vast experience, expertise and education in health, wellness, nutrition and performance I would want to work with me too! 

 

If you’re serious about leveling up your paddling, paddle surfing, ocean skills, and overall wellbeing — this is your opportunity to experience it firsthand.

Who This Is For:

 

This experience is designed for paddlers who already have a foundation and want more.

 

You must:

  • Have prior SUP experience

  • Be comfortable paddling on flatwater (lakes, rivers, intercoastal)

  • Have a fitness base and the ability to paddle at least 4 miles in under an hour

This is NOT for beginners or complete newbies.

 

If you’re looking to be pushed — physically, mentally, and technically — you’re in the right place.

What to Expect:

You’ll be living an athlete’s life alongside me.

 

That means:

Early mornings centered around training and movement

Focused, intentional SUP and paddle surf sessions

Ocean, technical, and stroke-focused paddling

Gym-based strength training

Video analysis of paddle stroke and surf sessions

Conversations around nutrition, recovery, sleep, metabolism, and performance

Afternoons intentionally left open for personal time, rest, or exploration

 

You’ll be challenged to step outside your comfort zone, routine, and familiar structure — while being fully supported through the process.
