Many new (and longtime) faces here—hi and welcome!

I realize it’s not always clear what I actually do, so here’s the transparent rundown:

Yes, I’m a SUP racer and paddle surfer competing at the national and international level. But that’s just part of the story.

What I really do is coach, teach, and empower people through SUP, paddle surfing, wellness, fitness, nutrition, and performance—on and off the water. This isn’t a side gig or hobby. It’s my career, my livelihood, my purpose and my passion, built on 20+ years of experience.

Here’s how that looks in practice:

🔹 1:1 + Group Coaching & Lessons

In person and remote—based out of Bluffton/Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and Nosara, Costa Rica, with time in my Chicagoland hometown and on the road for races/events. We work on various aspects of training, nutrition, mindset, lifestyle, hormones, paddle technique, SUP skills, paddle surfing, pain prevention, and more—from beginner to advanced.

🔹 Retreats, Camps & Clinics

Immersive experiences (mostly in Nosara, but also other destinations within the US and beyond) where we combine adventure, skill progression, aspects of wellness, and performance coaching in person.

🔹 Online Courses, Programs & Guides

For independent learning, structured training, and cost-conscious options available wherever you are.

Beyond the above, I also offer:

• Group outings, team building, paddle tours & trips

• Public speaking + educational talks

• Retail boards + equipment

This is the heart of what I do: helping people train smarter, paddle stronger, and live well. So they can ultimately feel, look and perform to their fullest.
