Whether you’re a recreational paddler, aspiring racer, surfer, or someone who simply loves being on the water, these camps are designed to help you become a stronger, more skilled, and more confident paddler.

  • Non-competitive/rectreational paddlers looking to improve technique

  • New SUP racers

  • Existing SUP racers seeking performance gains

  • Paddle surfers wanting more wave knowledge and confidence

No competition goals required. (You do not need to be a racer to benefit from these camps.)

Each day combines water time, education, coaching, and adventure.

Camps are 5 days long

Camp Only

For local paddlers or those arranging their own accommodations.

Logistics and Planning

Camps start on Monday morning and wrap up Friday mid-afternoon with optional group dinner out (self-pay). It is recommended to plan your arrival/check in on Sunday and departure/check-out Saturday. 

Equipment:

If you are local and have your own equipment we ask that you plan to bring and use that.  If you do not have your own equipment or will be coming from out of town we will arrange equipment use.

Options for transport from airport to hotel include:

Food and Meals:

I’m a professional SUP racer and paddle surf athlete, certified coach and trainer, and the founder of Stand and Paddle, a female-owned and run stand up paddle boarding, wellness and lifestyle brand. With my years of experience on the water, and a background and education in fitness, nutrition, wellness, and sport performance, I combine high-level athletic insight with real-world coaching to help others discover their strength, flow, and freedom through stand-up paddling and paddle surfing. Whether you’re new to SUP/surf or chasing performance goals, my mission is to guide you with knowledge, empathy, and a deep love for the ocean and balanced, sustainable living.
