A week of paddling, training, learning and connecting leading up to Paddle the May 2025 SUP Race in Bluffton, South Carolina. Come away with new skills, knowledge and awareness, feeling empowered, enlightened and energized, and life-long connections.

A week of paddling, training, learning and connecting
Coaching with elite SUP coaches and athletes
Adjust and prepare for USA SUP Championships
Race strategy and course overview; paddle in the same local waters and conditions you will race in
Clinic and workshop style coaching both on and off the water
Hone in on your SUP technique, paddle stroke and drills
Training for distance, sprint, and technical racing
Race specific skill practice including starts, technical skills, turns, drafting, etc
Video analysis of your paddle stroke and skills
1-1 session with one of our coaches
Nutrition, nourishment, cooking session
