Signed up for the upcoming Lowcountry Boil Paddle Battle / USA SUP Championships? This clinic will ensure you’re prepared come race day.

This clinic is for anyone that is unfamiliar with our waterways, is new or has experience with SUP races, or would like some additional local knowledge and coaching tips pre-race. Rachel will be going over both SUP skills and local waterway tips that will help you be race ready.

Topics to be covered: - paddle race day waters - familiarize yourself with the local waterways you will be in on race day - learn currents and winds - what to expect on race day - arrival, checking in, water starts, pacing, drafting.. - leading up to race day - hydration, fueling and nourishment, rest and recovery for your best performance
