Experience all that SUP has to offer - from the mental and physical benefits, to fitness, to peace and calm - while paddling in Costa Rica's Blue Zone! Explore the local waterways and marine life, learn about the local waters and practice your stand up paddling skills. Experience stand up paddle boarding on Nosara's waters! Participants will start with land fundamentals including water safety, the basics of SUP (paddle stroke, how to stand up, how to enter and exit the water from the beach, turns, etc), reading the water, and about the local waters, followed by paddling in the bay. Playa Garza is Nosara's local fishing bay just 10 minutes from Guiones main beach entrance. During a paddle you may see schools of fish, sea turtles, and other marine life.
